The unique spirit of Natura Lodge

Natura Lodge is: appreciating simple moments, meeting and laughing together, creating conviviality, exchanging experiences, transforming the ordinary into enchantment, privileging being rather than having it and anchor in a place that looks like us.

The unusual accommodations at Natura Lodge are scattered throughout a one-hectare wooded park labeled “Clef Verte” and “Refuge LPO” (Natura Lodge is the very first company in Gard to have obtained this label! been listed to date on the site) which welcomes you in a green and respectful setting. The number of dwellings is deliberately limited in order to offer a place of stay on a human scale where the place of nature is predominant.

Our common room, open 24 hours, is a place where guests can meet and discuss with other people on the site. You will also appreciate its south-facing terrace with a view of the park and in the background the bell tower of Barjac, a village of character labeled "organic and without pesticides". It is here that the famous and magnificent documentary "Our children will accuse us" was filmed.

Crazy lovers of Nature and pioneers in its protection (30 years ago, when we got married, we were already recycling all our waste, which made our loved ones smile!), We decided in 2013 (47 and 51 years old) to leave everything behind to finally live a project that lives up to our dreams! We quit our jobs, sold our house, moved over 800 kilometers from our home region, and put all our savings into creating Natura Lodge!

To carry out a reception activity in lodges or guest rooms. You have to be versatile and know how to do almost everything. A real "passion-profession" that we have the chance to practice on a daily basis!
